Henley Beach Residence
Brief
Situated on the esplanade at Henley Beach, a stunning beachside villa required modernisation in the form of an extension encapsulating the stunning sea views.
Outcome
The external façade became the focus of this renovation, and its presence from the beach. The Colorbond Steel cladding becoming the feature of this new part of the home. With such a minimal exterior it was important to add in texture and warmth to the interior. This was achieved by using dark oak floorboards, solid minimal filled acrylic surfaces and working with a colourful and vibrant art and furniture collection.
